1. Provision of Service

HellSecure provides a high-security, zero-knowledge cryptographic platform engineered for the temporary exchange of sensitive data. We guarantee the structural integrity of our encryption pipeline; however, the service is ultimately provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without extensive warranties regarding uninterrupted uptime.

2. Client Responsibilities & Accountability

Due to our zero-knowledge architecture, we possess absolutely no ability to decrypt, scan, or moderate the files you upload. Consequently, you assume complete and sole legal responsibility for the nature of your transmitted data. You explicitly agree not to weaponize this platform to distribute malicious software, illicit materials, or content that breaches international copyright statutes.

3. Operational Boundaries & Limitations

To ensure peak performance and security across the network, the following operational boundaries are enforced unconditionally:

• Maximum payload size is strictly capped per individual upload transaction.
• All data persistence is strictly temporary; files are permanently purged upon reaching their cryptographic expiration thresholds.
• Critical: Misplaced decryption or management keys cannot be recovered or reset by our team under any circumstances. Key loss results in permanent data forfeiture.

4. Absolute Limitation of Liability

Under no jurisdiction or legal theory shall HellSecure, its operators, or its affiliates be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, or critical data loss resulting from network interruptions or misplaced cryptographic keys.
